When I first joined The Belvedere team, I thought I’d be doing one simple thing: helping couples book a stunning wedding venue.

And yes, the space is stunning. That part lives up to every expectation. But what I quickly learned is that what we offer goes far beyond just a beautiful place to say “I do.” The reality is, we’re deeply involved in every step of the process, and that’s what truly sets the experience apart.

From the outside, many couples initially think they’re just touring a venue. In reality, they’re stepping into a fully supported, all-inclusive wedding experience.

One of the biggest surprises is how hands-on we are. Every couple is paired with a dedicated planner who helps guide them throughout the process. From timelines to logistics to those little details you didn’t even know to think about, we’re here for it!

And it doesn’t stop there.

We also provide day-of coordination, meaning when your wedding day arrives, you’re not worrying about who’s cueing the music, managing vendors, or keeping everything on schedule. We’re handling it behind the scenes so you can stay present and enjoy your day.

Then there’s our in-house catering and open-bar packages: another piece couples often don’t realize is included. Instead of sourcing separate vendors, you’ll work with our team to create a menu and bar experience that you and your guests will rave about! It’s seamless, cohesive, and designed to take a huge weight off your shoulders.

Even our spaces offer more than meets the eye. Beyond the ballroom, couples have access to a bridal parlor throughout the day, perfect for getting ready, relaxing, and taking in each moment as it unfolds.
